Job Summary

Providing clinical oversight and mentorship, the part-time Hawaii Licensed Behavior Analyst will manage a balanced caseload while supporting mid-level clinicians and ensuring quality ABA programming in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and support a team of mid-level clinicians and behavior technicians
• Ensure quality ABA programming and meaningful client progress
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to drive outcomes

Required qualifications

• Current BCBA certification
• Passion for ethical, outcome-driven ABA care
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
• Interest in joining a team that is shaping the future of the industry
• Experience supervising clinical teams (preferred)
