Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Care Advocate - UM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage facility-based admissions for mental health and substance abuse through the continuum of care
  • Collaborate with treating providers and facilities to ensure consumers receive appropriate treatment
  • Communicate with consumers about their benefit coverage and provide necessary resources and referrals
Required Qualifications
  • Independently Licensed Clinician with a Master's degree in relevant fields or a Licensed Ph.D or Registered Nurse with 2+ years of behavioral health experience
  • 2+ years of behavioral health experience
  • Facility-based mental health/substance abuse experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with electronic clinical records
  • Must reside in the state of Hawaii
