Job Summary
A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Care Advocate - UM.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage facility-based admissions for mental health and substance abuse through the continuum of care
- Collaborate with treating providers and facilities to ensure consumers receive appropriate treatment
- Communicate with consumers about their benefit coverage and provide necessary resources and referrals
Required Qualifications
- Independently Licensed Clinician with a Master's degree in relevant fields or a Licensed Ph.D or Registered Nurse with 2+ years of behavioral health experience
- 2+ years of behavioral health experience
- Facility-based mental health/substance abuse experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with electronic clinical records
- Must reside in the state of Hawaii
