Hawaii Licensed Behavioral Health Manager
Job Summary
Supporting the mental health of patients with cancer, the full-time Hawaii Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will provide targeted behavioral health interventions, screen for mental health disorders, and facilitate patient engagement in a fully remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Support the mental health of patients with cancer on an assigned caseload
- Provide brief behavioral interventions and facilitate patient engagement and follow-up care
- Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a behavioral health, healthcare, or oncology setting (preferred)
- Possession of a clinical license such as LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or LMFT
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
- Experience interacting with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy
