Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Verification Representative - Work From Home Hawaii.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify insurance coverage for new and existing patients
• Process patient prescription orders in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance carriers

Required Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in medical insurance, benefits verification, medical billing, or healthcare customer service
• Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required
• Pharmacy experience (PBM, Specialty, etc.) is preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party vendors is preferred
• Healthcare-related certifications and/or licensure are a plus
