Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager for the Large Market team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle for large market clients, from prospecting to closing agreements
  • Build relationships with executives and HR decision-makers to identify business challenges and position solutions
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans through various outreach methods and represent the company at local events


Required Qualifications
  • Proven success in B2B sales with a focus on proactive outreach and cold calling
  • Experience selling to large organizations with complex needs (75+ employees)
  • Expertise in managing consultative sales processes and closing high-value deals
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to navigate long sales cycles
  • Must obtain Hawaii State Resident Producer License for Accident & Health within 3 months of hire
