Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured learning through instructor-led sessions, online modules, and job shadowing
• Shadow claims experts and practice in a simulated environment to gain hands-on experience
• Gradually take ownership of indemnity claims and engage in stakeholder communication and claims analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred
• Proven experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Computer literacy, including familiarity with M365 products
• Adaptable to changes in procedures and technology
