Hawaii Licensed Family Law Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Family Law Attorney to handle family law cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform client intake and draft demand letters
• Handle negotiations and file cases on behalf of clients
• Attend court hearings and conduct evidentiary hearings, both virtually and in person

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the bar in Hawaii
• Experience in family law preferred but not required
• Ability to be available for phone calls during Hawaii regular business hours
• Familiarity with Clio law office software is a plus
