Job Summary

Guiding customers through their healthcare inquiries, the full-time Hawaii Licensed Healthcare Advocate will provide effective solutions, maintain accurate records, and identify opportunities for enhanced services while working remotely from their home in Hawaii.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through questions, concerns, or challenges related to healthcare products or services
• Record detailed call information for auditing, reporting, and follow-up purposes
• Identify opportunities to introduce customers to new or enhanced services that meet their needs

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 6+ months of customer service or sales experience preferred
• Must reside in Hawaii during employment
• Comfortable working with company-issued equipment and maintaining a private workspace
• Must be able to work on Eastern Standard Time Zone
