Job Summary

As a Hawaii Licensed Loan Officer, the full-time remote Executive Loan Officer will guide clients through the mortgage process, assist with loan applications to closing, and build relationships with referral sources to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients throughout the loan process, resolving concerns and ensuring a smooth experience from application to closing
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals and clients to market the brand and secure financing solutions
• Evaluate client financial situations to recommend appropriate loan products and educate them on the home-buying or refinance process

Required qualifications

• Experience in mortgage loan origination
• State and federal licenses as a mortgage loan originator
• Proven track record of obtaining referrals and generating lead volume
• Strong understanding of loan programs, guidelines, and mortgage documents
• Desire to work and grow in an entrepreneurial environment
