Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Assistant to provide virtual patient support across care programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound telephonic patient outreach to support patients enrolled in care programs
• Provide one-on-one coaching and support to patients managing chronic conditions
• Document patient interactions and collaborate with the clinical team for care coordination

Required Qualifications

• Active Medical Assistant certification from an accredited association
• At least 5 years of experience as a Medical Assistant
• Must be currently located in Hawaii
• Remote work readiness, including stable high-speed WiFi
• Preferred experience in internal medicine, cardiology, nephrology, or with the geriatric population
