Job Summary

To support patients receiving Specialty Infusion Services, the part-time Hawaii Licensed Patient Access Specialist will coordinate referrals, manage intake documentation, and facilitate communication among various teams to ensure timely access to care while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Engages with patients, referral sources, and internal teams to coordinate discharge and secure nursing and delivery
• Creates and communicates all required documentation for new referrals
• Secures upfront payment from patients and assists in finding financial assistance when needed

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years of related experience
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple referrals in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
