Job Summary
Overseeing and expanding the network of collaborating pharmacies for the Ho la Utelehealth Substance Use Disorder (HUT-SUD) program, the part-time Hawaii Licensed Pharmacy Network Manager will work closely with clinical pharmacists, manage reimbursement processes, and address logistical matters, all while working remotely for 20 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Manage relationships with collaborating pharmacies and clinical pharmacists involved in the HUT-SUD program
- Oversee reimbursement processes for medications and handle logistical issues related to the program
- Ensure compliance with state pharmacy laws and regulations governing collaborative practices and controlled substances
Required qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy equivalent from an accredited institution
- Active, unrestricted pharmacist license issued by the Hawaii Board of Pharmacy
- Minimum of two years of experience as a practicing clinical pharmacist or completion of an accredited pharmacy residency program
- Valid National Provider Identifier (NPI) number
- Residency trained clinical pharmacist
