Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician - Prior Authorization to work from home in Hawaii.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and communicate Specialty medication prior authorization referrals
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Benefits Verification, and Pharmacy Operations for referral status and determinations
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide assistance via telephone for prescriber offices, pharmacies, and members

Required Qualifications

• Must be a Hawaii resident
• 1+ years' experience in customer service or call center environment
• Must be able to work from home
• Have high-speed internet
• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
