Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician - Prior Authorization (Work from Home-Hawaii).

Key Responsibilities

• Process and communicate Specialty and Non-Specialty medication prior authorization referrals
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Benefits Verification, and Pharmacy Operations for referral status and determinations
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide assistance via telephone for prescriber office staff, pharmacies, and members

Required Qualifications

• Must be a Hawaii resident
• 1+ years' experience in customer service or call center environment
• Must be able to work from home; this is a 100% remote position
• Have wired high-speed internet
• High School Diploma or equivalent GED
