Job Summary

To support the Defense Health Agency, the hybrid Licensed Practical Nurse will manage multi-line scheduling and military appointment lines while working remotely from Honolulu, Hawaii, with occasional visits to Bremerton Naval in Washington State.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multi-line scheduling and military appointment lines
• Provide integrated referral management services to support patient care
• Work collaboratively in a high-volume environment while maintaining organization and focus

Required qualifications

• LPN Certificate from an accredited national, state, or military-trained equivalent
• Active unrestricted Hawaii LPN license
• At least 2 years of experience working as an LPN
• Access to secure, high-speed internet
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong technical aptitude
