Job Summary
Providing outpatient psychiatric evaluation and medication management services, the part-time Hawaii Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will manage a caseload of adult clients with behavioral health issues while working remotely for a total of 24 hours per week, including 17 clinical hours.
Key responsibilities
- Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluation and medication management in various clinical settings
- Prescribe and manage medications for mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders in accordance with state regulations
- Collaborate with treatment team members to coordinate comprehensive client care
Required qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in Hawaii
- Board certified as a PMHNP-BC by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
- Active DEA registration
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in psychiatric/mental health nursing in an outpatient setting
