Job Summary

To support hotels in Hawaii, the temporary full-time FLEX Market Recruiter will manage the end-to-end hiring processes, enhance candidate experiences, and collaborate with hiring managers, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop recruitment strategies and provide market insights to improve hiring efficiency
• Partner with sourcing teams to build a pipeline of top talent through various creative recruiting methods
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate the offer process while maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of work experience in recruitment
• Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of the hiring market
• Resourceful with problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Experience in an agency recruiting environment is preferred
