Hawaii Licensed Registered Nurse
Job Summary
To support the Integrated Referral Management and Appointing Center (IRAMC) Services for the Defense Health Agency, a Hawaii Licensed Registered Nurse will work hybrid, managing patient cases, educating on care options, and overseeing healthcare costs for military dependents, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day.
Key responsibilities
- Review patient cases and provide education on appropriate care options
- Manage healthcare costs for dependents of Active Duty and eligible retirees
- Coordinate multi-line scheduling and military appointment lines
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Nursing Degree
- Active unrestricted Hawaii RN license or compact license
- At least 2 years of experience as a UMRN or CCM, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment
- Current certification in either Certified Professional Utilization Review (CPUR) or Certified Case Manager (CCM)
- Proficient experience with Microsoft Office applications and strong technical aptitude
