Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and perform A-Z administration of a diverse caseload, including plan design and compliance testing
  • Guide other plan administrators in meeting client requirements and participate in process improvements
  • Provide strategic guidance, maintain business relationships, and assist in team collaboration
Qualifications
  • QKA or similar industry certification
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5+ years of experience with defined contribution retirement plans
  • 3-5+ years of client services experience
  • Proficiency in relevant software, with a preference for experience in ASC and/or FT Williams
