Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and perform A-Z administration of a diverse caseload, including plan design and compliance testing
- Guide other plan administrators in meeting client requirements and participate in process improvements
- Provide strategic guidance, maintain business relationships, and assist in team collaboration
Qualifications
- QKA or similar industry certification
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience
- 3-5+ years of experience with defined contribution retirement plans
- 3-5+ years of client services experience
- Proficiency in relevant software, with a preference for experience in ASC and/or FT Williams
