Job Summary
To support a growing real estate team, the full-time Hawaii Licensed Transaction Coordinator will manage the coordination of real estate deals, ensuring seamless communication and organization among clients, agents, and other parties involved in the transaction process, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate real estate transactions from contract to close, managing details between clients, agents, and third parties
- Process 30-50 deals per month, maintaining quick response times and proactive follow-up
- Manage all transaction paperwork, ensuring completeness and compliance with contractual deadlines
Required qualifications
- Active real estate license in Hawaii
- One year of real estate contract experience with knowledge of the closing process
- One year of customer service experience
- Proficiency in basic technologies and ability to learn new tools
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
