Key Responsibilities

• Guide emotionally charged conversations related to in-home euthanasia, hospice, and palliative care
• Deliver exceptional customer service while handling a high volume of inbound calls
• Accurately collect and document information and schedule appointments efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in high-volume call centers or customer service roles
• Experience in funeral, medical, veterinary technician, or hospice environments is strongly preferred
• Reliable wired Ethernet internet connection is mandatory
• Ability to attend and complete a mandatory 2-week training program
• Dependable and punctual with a strong attention to detail
