Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Examiner II.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 130 to 150 workers' compensation files, including complex claims
• Conduct investigations, determine compensability, and administer benefits according to state laws and company guidelines
• Communicate with claimants, providers, and vendors regarding claims issues and maintain accurate case documentation

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Three or more years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Technical knowledge of statutory regulations and medical terminology
• Certifications and/or licenses as required by State regulation
• Proficient in Word and Excel (preferred)
