Job Summary

A company is looking for a Guardian Associate (Workers Compensation Claims Trainee) for their Emerging Talent INVEST Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in structured learning through instructor-led sessions, online modules, and job shadowing
• Handle new workers' compensation claims under supervision, gradually increasing claim ownership
• Analyze medical documentation and regulatory guidelines to develop claims strategy and communicate with stakeholders

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred
• Proven experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Familiarity with M365 products (e.g., Outlook, Word, basic Excel, and PPT)
• Adaptability to changes in procedures and technology
• Curious, learning-focused mindset
