Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Care Coordinator to manage member experiences related to transportation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison to coordinate care and support for members needing extra assistance
• Monitor and confirm trip details, ensuring accuracy and addressing any issues promptly
• Document escalations and maintain communication with members, facilities, and providers

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• 9 months of experience in a Customer Care Representative role or similar healthcare case management experience
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle escalated situations effectively
• Familiarity with medical terminology and patient care is preferred
