HCC Coding Quality Auditor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HCC Coding Quality Specialist (FT Seasonal/Temp).

Key Responsibilities

• Review the accuracy of HCC coded records according to Medicare and ICD-10-CM guidelines
• Support findings to help coders identify and learn from errors
• Maintain a quality score of 95% or higher and comply with all privacy and security regulations

Required Qualifications

• Must be certified through AAPC or AHIMA (CPC, CRC, CCS, or CCS-P)
• At least 3 years of HCC coding experience and 2 years of auditing experience
• Global experience is preferred
• Working knowledge of EMRs, billing systems, and abstraction platforms
