HCC Coding Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, HCC Risk Adjustment Coding - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day team performance and conduct performance assessments
• Monitor and report on quality, productivity, and provide coaching to team members
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and manage special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications

• AHIMA (RHIA, RHIT, CCS) or AAPC (CPC, CPC-H, COC, CIC, CRC) certified credentials
• Extensive knowledge of ICD-9/10 and familiarity with HCC coding
• Minimum of 2 years coding experience
• Experience managing a team of employees
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and disease processes
