Job Summary

A company is looking for an Auditor, HCC Risk Adjustment Coding.

Key Responsibilities

Review medical records to identify and code diagnoses for risk adjustment and reimbursement
Provide education and feedback to coders regarding missed or incorrect ICD-10 codes
Maintain communication with coders and management about errors and educational opportunities

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of HCC coding experience
Minimum 2 years of HCC auditing experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent
AHIMA or AAPC certified credentials
Proficient in ICD-10 coding
