HCD Research Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HCD / Research Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design complex, form-based user flows and prototypes
• Articulate a compelling design rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Manage diverse stakeholder relationships and demonstrate the value of design in various settings

Required Qualifications and Education

• Strong background in human-centered design, research, and service design
• Experience conducting independent research and adapting methods as needed
• Familiarity with the Object-Oriented UX (OOUX) framework
• Experience with Salesforce user interface and functionality preferred
• Must reside in the Eastern Time Zone
