Job Summary

A company is looking for an HCM Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Provide design, configuration, testing, and deployment of HR/Human Capital Management (HCM) cloud solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR business owners and IT developers, to ensure effective implementation of HCM solutions
Utilize data mapping, reporting tools, and integration technologies to support HCM processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, computer science, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR/Human Capital Management (HCM) roles
Proficiency in HCM SaaS platforms such as Oracle Cloud HCM, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors
Experience with solution design, configuration, and testing in cloud-based environments
Comprehensive understanding of HR practices and compliance regulations
