Job Summary

A company is looking for an HCM Business Analyst to manage the Workday HCM Talent Management Suite remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate work efforts for the Workday HCM Talent Management Suite, including recruitment and onboarding processes
• Evaluate and implement requests from business owners and subject matter experts in the Workday solution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective deployment and integration of HCM solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, computer science, or a related field
• 7 years of experience in HR/Human Capital Management (HCM) with a focus on design, configuration, and testing
• Proficiency in Workday HCM with 7 years of relevant experience
• Comprehensive understanding of HR practices, compliance regulations, and industry best practices
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including HR business owners and IT developers
