Job Summary
A company is looking for an HCM Business Analyst to provide administrative and technical support for the HR technical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in process design sessions and provide subject matter expertise in functional areas
- Manage large scale process improvement and technology implementation projects
- Document business requirements and develop test business cases for project approval
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
- 4-6 years of professional experience in HCM, Payroll, HR, or Benefits processing/administration
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in establishing effective working relationships across all organizational levels
