Job Summary

A company is looking for an HCM Consultant specialized in UKG projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client teams through hands-on, end-to-end implementation, configuration, and testing
• Manage multiple clients effectively while delivering high-quality service
• Support clients in vendor management, integrations, data conversion, and end-user training

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of HCM implementation and/or administration experience
• Strong sense of ownership for work assignments and team goals
• Ability to build relationships and influence clients
• Excellent personal time management and prioritization skills
• Experience in a high-stress, deadline-driven work environment
