HCM Consultant

Job Summary

HCM Consultant is a full-time position responsible for planning, designing, and launching HR and Payroll systems, requiring technical expertise and business acumen to evaluate client needs and propose effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define system needs and project scope
• Lead the configuration, testing, and rollout of new HRIS modules and system updates
• Act as the primary point of contact during implementations and provide ongoing client support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience with HRIS and/or Payroll systems
• Knowledge of or experience with Rippling is a strong plus
• Experience in creating system documentation and workflows
• Familiarity with industry compliance requirements is preferred
