Job Summary

To drive the successful implementation and adoption of HCM solutions, the full-time HCM Consultant will collaborate with clients to analyze HR needs, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure seamless deployments in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Work closely with clients to understand their HR and workforce management needs
  • Analyze existing processes and deliver tailored HCM solutions to enhance employee engagement
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure seamless deployments and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience as an HCM Consultant or in a related HR technology role
  • Experience with popular HCM platforms such as Sage Payroll, Sage HRMS, ADP, and WorkforceGo
  • Strong understanding of human resources processes including talent acquisition and payroll
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective HCM solutions
