Job Summary
To drive the successful implementation and adoption of HCM solutions, the full-time HCM Consultant will collaborate with clients to analyze HR needs, deliver tailored solutions, and enhance workforce management in a remote-first environment.
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to understand HR and workforce management needs
- Analyze existing processes and deliver tailored HCM solutions
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure seamless deployments and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- Proven experience as an HCM Consultant or in a related HR technology role
- Experience with popular HCM platforms such as Sage Payroll, Sage HRMS, ADP, WorkforceGo, and Criterion
- Strong understanding of human resources processes including talent acquisition, payroll, and benefits administration
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective HCM solutions
