HCM Consultant

Job Summary

To drive the successful implementation and adoption of HCM solutions, the full-time remote HCM Consultant will work closely with clients to analyze their HR and workforce management needs, delivering tailored solutions that enhance employee engagement and streamline HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their HR processes and deliver customized HCM solutions
• Serve as a trusted advisor, working with business and technical teams to ensure seamless deployments
• Analyze existing processes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement in HR operations

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as an HCM Consultant or in a related HR technology role
• Experience with popular HCM platforms such as Sage Payroll, Sage HRMS, ADP, WorkforceGo, and Criterion
• Strong understanding of human resources processes, including talent acquisition and payroll
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective HCM solutions
