Job Summary
To drive the successful implementation and adoption of HCM solutions, the full-time HCM Implementation Consultant will work remotely with clients to analyze HR processes and deliver tailored solutions that enhance employee engagement and streamline operations.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their HR and workforce management needs
- Analyze existing HR processes and deliver customized HCM solutions
- Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring seamless deployments and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- Proven experience as an HCM Consultant or in a related HR technology role
- Experience with popular HCM platforms such as Sage Payroll, Sage HRMS, ADP, WorkforceGo, and Criterion
- Strong understanding of human resources processes, including talent acquisition and payroll
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective HCM solutions
