HCM Learning Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting the Oracle HCM Learning workstream, the remote HCM Learning Consultant will assist with system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and implementation activities in a contract role.

Key responsibilities

• Configure Oracle Learning based on approved business requirements
• Develop and execute functional, integration, and user acceptance test scenarios
• Collaborate with project team members to resolve functional issues and support data validation activities

Required qualifications

• Experience implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM Learning
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM configuration and testing methodologies
• Experience with defect management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Azure DevOps, or similar)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently while supporting a cross-functional project team
