Job Summary

A company is looking for an HCM Operations Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HR audits and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with laws and internal standards
• Coordinate mass HR data updates and serve as the primary contact for end-users regarding HCM operations
• Analyze HR processes and generate reports to drive data-informed HR decisions and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in human resources, auditing, or compliance
• 2-4 years of experience managing HCM operations across multiple states
• Knowledge of HR compliance related to compensation, payroll, and benefits
• Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Excel
