HCM Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance HR operations, the fully remote HCM Operations Analyst will manage audits, ensure compliance, and serve as the liaison between business and IT teams while performing data analysis and generating reports to drive operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Support HR audits and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with employment laws and internal standards
• Execute operational audits and strengthen internal controls to adhere to SOX and regulatory compliance
• Analyze HR processes and data to identify business needs and develop effective solutions that drive HCM operational goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in human resources, auditing, or compliance
• Experience managing HCM operations across multiple states, ensuring compliance with diverse regulations is preferred
