Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated HCM Payroll Business Analyst and Systems Implementation professional, this full-time remote position will collaborate with public sector clients to design and implement solutions that modernize payroll and HR systems while analyzing business operations and facilitating stakeholder engagements.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with public sector clients to design and implement solutions that improve business processes
- Analyze business operations and develop actionable recommendations for improvement
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and document staffing models, technology systems, and workflows
Required qualifications
- Undergraduate degree and 3 to 5 years of professional experience in management consulting
- In-depth knowledge of HR/Payroll processes and experience with payroll or HCM software implementation
- Strong experience working with public sector clients on HCM technology implementation projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently and collaboratively
