HCM Platform Automation Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Capital Management (HCM) Platform Automation Developer to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automation scripts and workflows for HR, Payroll, or financial processes
• Develop and maintain integrations using EIBs and REST/SOAP APIs, and automate testing activities
• Collaborate with teams to define automated test scenarios and support data management and system monitoring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience with ERP or cloud-based HCM systems, including at least 2 years in Workday technical development
• Proficiency with HCM Platforms and test automation tools
• Knowledge of federal IT standards, including FISMA and FedRAMP compliance
• Experience with scripting languages and CI/CD pipelines
