HCM Principal Consultant

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated HCM Principal Consultant, the remote position focuses on configuring HCM security, supporting module integrations, and executing data migration activities for enterprise HCM implementation and optimization initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain HCM security roles, privileges, and data access controls
• Support the design, development, and testing of integrations between HCM modules and external systems
• Execute data migration activities, including data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation

Required qualifications

• US Citizen
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in HCM systems or related technology environments
• Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience or related client-facing technology experience preferred
• Experience with HCM security configuration, system integrations, and data migration methodologies
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
