HCM Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a HCM Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of HCM projects, ensuring business goals are met within designated time frames
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, coordinating internal teams and external partners
• Oversee data cleanup, migration, and create client service models while managing project risks and issues

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing HCM implementations, preferably with ADP products
• Global HCM implementation experience, including familiarity with GDPR and data privacy standards
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects in SaaS environments
• Experience with change management principles and supporting organizational change initiatives
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data analysis
