Job Summary

A company is looking for an HCM Sales Executive to build business relationships and create revenue opportunities for their Human Capital Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new prospects through networking and business development activities
  • Profile and penetrate existing clientele to cultivate new revenue opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience selling Payroll and/or HR Software solutions required
  • Minimum of 3 years consultative software sales experience
  • Experience selling a SaaS solution preferred
  • Proven ability to manage a territory producing exceptional results
