Job Summary
A company is looking for an HCM Sales Executive to build business relationships and create revenue opportunities for Human Capital Management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new prospects through networking and business development activities
- Profile existing clientele to cultivate new revenue opportunities and enhance client value
- Create presentations to highlight the benefits of proposed solutions and manage a robust sales funnel
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience in selling payroll, HR, or related software and services preferred
- Minimum of 3 years consultative software sales experience
- Experience with Salesforce.com and virtual selling tools
- Must have a valid U.S. Driver's License
