Job Summary

A company is looking for an HCM Sales Executive to build business relationships and create revenue opportunities for Human Capital Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new prospects through networking and business development activities
  • Profile existing clientele to cultivate new revenue opportunities and enhance client value
  • Create presentations to highlight the benefits of proposed solutions and manage a robust sales funnel
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience in selling payroll, HR, or related software and services preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years consultative software sales experience
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and virtual selling tools
  • Must have a valid U.S. Driver's License
