Job Summary

Responsible for building business relationships and creating revenue opportunities, the full-time remote HCM Sales Executive will identify new prospects, cultivate existing client relationships, and leverage Salesforce CRM to manage sales activities.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new prospects through networking and business development activities
  • Profile existing clientele to enhance value and create new revenue opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with CPAs, banks, and financial advisors to penetrate the market
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years consultative software sales experience
  • Experience selling payroll, HR, or related software and services preferred
  • Proven ability to manage a territory and achieve exceptional sales results
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com and virtual selling tools
