Job Summary
Responsible for building business relationships and creating revenue opportunities, the full-time remote HCM Sales Executive will identify new prospects, cultivate existing client relationships, and leverage Salesforce CRM to manage sales activities.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new prospects through networking and business development activities
- Profile existing clientele to enhance value and create new revenue opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with CPAs, banks, and financial advisors to penetrate the market
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years consultative software sales experience
- Experience selling payroll, HR, or related software and services preferred
- Proven ability to manage a territory and achieve exceptional sales results
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com and virtual selling tools
