Job Summary

Building business relationships with new and existing clients, the full-time HCM Sales Executive will identify prospects, develop revenue opportunities, and create impactful presentations for the company's Human Capital Management solutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new prospects through self-generation and networking activities
  • Profile existing clients to cultivate new revenue opportunities and enhance client value
  • Develop and maintain relationships with CPAs, banks, financial advisors, and insurance brokers
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years consultative software sales experience
  • Experience selling payroll, HR, or related software and services preferred
  • Proven ability to manage a sales territory producing exceptional results
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and virtual selling tools
