Job Summary

To drive revenue growth, the full-time HCM Sales Executive will build business relationships with prospective clients and current customers, focusing on identifying new prospects and enhancing existing client value through Asure's Human Capital Management solutions in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new prospects through networking and business development activities within a defined territory
  • Profile existing clientele to cultivate new revenue opportunities and enhance the value of Asure solutions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers to penetrate the market further
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of consultative software sales experience, preferably in payroll or HR software
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and other virtual selling tools
  • Proven ability to manage a sales territory effectively and produce exceptional results
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License required
