Job Summary

Building business relationships with new and existing clients, the full-time HCM Sales Executive will create revenue opportunities for Human Capital Management solutions while working remotely from the Boston, MA area.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new prospects through networking and business development activities
  • Profile existing clientele to enhance value and cultivate new revenue opportunities
  • Create impactful presentations to highlight the benefits of Asure solutions and manage a robust sales funnel to exceed sales quotas
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of consultative software sales experience, preferably in payroll or HR-related services
  • Proven ability to manage a sales territory and build strong client relationships
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and virtual selling tools
  • Must possess a valid U.S. Driver's License
